Gifts can be shipped to any of our global shipping destinations except Russia. At checkout, simply change your location to where you would like your gift shipped. For shipping to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

  • To send an order as a gift, select ‘Add gift options’ at the checkout.
  • All prices will be removed from the receipt.
  • You can add a personal message on a Burberry card.

Gifts can be returned for free within 14 days of shipping for full-price items and within 14 days of the day after the date of receipt for sale items. Burberry personalised or pierced jewellery items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gifts should be returned with the gift receipt. Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Currently, orders cannot be exchanged online or via the Burberry app. Orders can be returned for an exchange in Burberry mainline stores within the country/territory to which the order was shipped originally.

Please use the free returns service and ensure the return conditions are met. Please note that fragrance and nail polish may not be returned using the free returns service. If you wish to return a fragrance or nail polish using any other collection or postal service, you will be required to pay the cost of returning the item.

Items returned will be refunded to the original purchaser via the original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the shipping date for all full-price items and within 14 days of the date of the receipt for all sale items. Personalised or pierced jewellery items cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have ordered multiple items within one order and wish to return part of the order, the original e-fapiao will become invalid. A replacement e-fapiao for the items not returned will be available to download shortly after the acceptance of your return.

Orders made at Burberry.com or via the Burberry app cannot be exchanged or refunded in store. Mainline Burberry stores can assist in facilitating a return if required but will be unable to provide a refund in store.
